	Previously at the Festival: forty-eight years at the Festival as founder, producing director, and executive producer; as Festival Centre Project executive director is raising money and awareness for the Utah Shakespearean Festival Centre for the Performing Arts Other Theatres: director of Otello, Utah Opera, 1979; director of The Guardsman, Pioneer Memorial Theatre Other Credits: director of nineteen of Shakespeare’s plays, plus The Mikado, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Peter Pan; author/adaptor of Peter Pan and The Servant of Two Masters Awards: Utah Theatre Association's Lifetime Service Award (2000), the Institute of Outdoor Drama's Mark R. Sumner Award (1998), the First Annual Governor's Award in the Arts (1989) Education: M.F.A., Brigham Young University; doctoral work, the University of Utah; Catholic University; honorary Ph.D., Southern Utah University
