Utah Shakespearean Festival Offers Theatre Tour to New York
Building on the success of a recent Festival London theatre tour, the Utah Shakespearean Festival is offering a New York Spring Theatre Tour from May 22 to 28.
Guests will receive round-trip airfare from Salt Lake City or Las Vegas and seven days and six nights of accommodation at the first-class Millennium Broadway Hotel on Times Square. The tour will include a new comedy with Nathan Lane entitled November, The Country Girl, starring Morgan Freeman and Frances McDormand, and a yet-to-be-determinedthird production. As a special outing, participants will journey to the new Top of The Rock at Rockefeller Center, Ellis Island, and Kykuit, the Rockefeller estate in the Hudson River Valley.
Festival Education Director Michael Don Bahr will join the tour and offer optional pre-show orientations and post-show discussions about the play.
