Celebrate with us
this year as the Tony
Award-winning Utah Shakespeare Festival marks fifty years of inspirational theatre.
From the Festival's inception in 1961, founders
Fred and Barbara Adams dreamed of bringing
world-class professional theatre to this rural corner of southern Utah. That dream has been realized
many times over, as thousands of actors have appeared on our stages and hundreds of thousands of theatregoers have applauded their work.
We're excited about this year's Festival Experience, including The Greenshow, numerous free seminars, educational workshops and classes, the joy of friends and family joining to experience live theatre— and, of course, our plays. The season's offerings are dynamic, challenging, and engaging and continue to allow us to explore ourselves and the world around us.
Don't miss being a part of this golden anniversary
celebration! When you visit, stop by the courtyard or the office so we can shake your hand and say "Happy Fiftieth."
After all, we are your theatre.
