Discounts and Packages

Ticket Discounts

Two-for-One Performances
Purchase one ticket at regular price for any performance marked with a "T" on the calendar and get a second ticket of equal or less value free.

Group Discounts
Groups of twelve or more receive a discount of $4 per ticket to any performance.

Tour groups of twenty or more can receive a discount of $10 per ticket Monday through Thursday to evening performances in the Randall Theatre and to any matinee performance in the Auditorium Theatre. Tour operators and group leaders, please read the information under Group Discounts below or call the Ticket Office at 800-PLAYTIX.

Back-to-School Discounts
From August 17 through October 29, all school groups of twelve or more may receive half price tickets on all available seats at any performance marked with an "B" on the calendar.

Seniors and AAA Members
Seniors (sixty-two and older) and AAA members receive $4 discounts on all available seats. To be eligible, you must ask for this discount when you place your order.

Youth and Military
Youth (six to twelve years old) and members of the military receive $4 discounts on all available seats. To be eligible, you must ask for this discount when you place your order.

Early Bard
Order tickets to select performances before December 12, 2015, and receive $4 off each ticket. Early Bard performances are marked with an "E" on the calendar.

Ticket Packages

Subscriber Six Pack
Buy tickets to all six summer productions and save. Buy before December 12 of the year before the season, and receive one play free. After December 12, receive $4 off each ticket. You can choose any days, any seating sections. The only requirement is that you purchase all six shows when you place your order. Discount not available online.

All for Fall
Buy a ticket to all three plays scheduled from September 11 to October 31 and save $4 per ticket. It's so easy. Just buy all three shows (any dates, any sections) when you place your order.


Group Discounts

We love groups at the Festival. In fact, we have special discounts and itineraries designed just for them.

All groups of twelve or more receive a discount of $4 per ticket to all plays.

Tour groups of twenty or more can receive a discount of $10 per ticket Monday through Thursday and any Auditorium Matinee.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of passion, laughter, and drama. Give the gift of theatre and the Utah Shakespeare Festival.

Gift certificates in any denomination are available at the Festival Ticket Office or anytime online. They are honored for any performance during the current or upcoming season and make the perfect gift for any occasion. (Subject to seat availability.)


Ticket Exchanges

We hope you always get the tickets you want. But if you ever need to exchange them, here's how we can help.

Tickets may be exchanged if new tickets of equal value are available and if the Ticket Office is given twenty-four hour notice. For instructions on exchanging tickets, please call the Ticket Office at 800-PLAYTIX. A $5 service fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged.

Ticket Exchange charges are waived for Members who donate $100 or more.

Our Online Ticket Office Is Always Open

January 2 through June 24: Mondays through Fridays, Telephone service only—10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
June 25 to September 5: Mondays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
September 9 to October 31: Mondays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

All times are Mountain Daylight Time.

Children

Children under the age of six years old are not admitted to Festival plays. Also, some of our plays contain material that you may not consider suitable for your children. Please familiarize yourself with the plays before ordering tickets. Child care for those up to the age of ten years is provided during all plays, but not during other Festival activities. Our professionally staffed, safe, and state-licensed facility is located at 123 S. 300 West Street. The cost per play is $20 per child. Advance reservations are required through the Ticket Office at 800-PLAYTIX (800-752-9849).
