Our Online Ticket Office Is Always Open
Through June 23: Mondays through Fridays. Telephone service only— 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
June 25 to August 31: Mondays through Saturdays. Telephone service—10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Window service—10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sept. 2 to Sept. 8: Mondays through Fridays.
Telephone and window service—9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sept. 9 to Oct. 30: Mondays through Saturdays.
Telephone service—10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Window service—10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Ticket Policies

1. Discounts and packages are not available at the online Ticket Office.

2. Discounts are not retroactive and may not be combined with any other discounts.

3. To be eligible, you must ask for the discount when you place your order.

4. All tickets are non-refundable.

5. Tickets may be exchanged if new tickets are available and if the Ticket Office is given at least twenty-four hours notice. For instructions on exchanging tickets, please call the Ticket Office at 800-PLAYTIX. A $5 service fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged. Members may exchange tickets at no cost.

6. All tickets will be held at our Ticket Office until your arrival, unless you request differently. You may pick up all your tickets at the Will Call window in the theatre of your first play.

7. Unpaid tickets on hold which have not been picked up from the Ticket Office will be released for sale two hours before the play begins.

    

 

Other Policies

Children under the age of six years old are not admitted to Festival plays. Also, some of our plays contain material that you may not consider suitable for your children. Please familiarize yourself with the plays before ordering tickets. Child care for those up to the age of ten years is provided during all plays, but not during other Festival activities. Our professionally staffed, safe, and state-licensed facility is located at 43 S. 200 West Street. The cost per play is $20 per child. Advance reservations are required through the Ticket Office at 800-PLAYTIX (800-752-9849).
