The Utah Shakespeare Festival is a Tony Award-winning, professional theatre located on the campus of Southern Utah University that presents Shakespeare and plays from other playwrights every June through October in three theatres.

We open six plays in six days and rotate them during the summer so that you can see all six in just three days. They won't always play on the same day of the week, so refer to our calendar for dates and times.
The Festival makes various discounts available for seniors, AAA members, schools, and groups. For information, call the ticket office. Discounts are not available online.
Children must be six years of age or older in order to attend Festival performances, but children of all ages love to see The Greenshow. Professional childcare is available during all Festival performances. The cost is $20 per child, and reservations may be made when you purchase your tickets.

Free parking is available near all the Festival theatres. Festival guests can park free in Southern Utah University parking lots. (See map.)
Weather does affect you in the outdoor Adams Theatre, please try to dress appropriately. With a light sprinkle, the show will go on. If the rain gets worse, comparable seating will be provided in the indoor Auditorium Theatre. Please keep your ticket so that guest services personnel can verify your rain stage seat number.
There is no dress code. Many choose to wear casual attire. Consider wearing layers in anticipation of the weather in the outdoor Adams Shakespearean Theatre. Also, the air conditioner of the Randall L. Jones Theatre could cause you to want a sweater.
Seating assignments are valid only until the performance begins. Latecomers will be seated only during an appropriate break in the play's action, in available seats, as determined by management. Assigned seats will be accessible at intermission.
We welcome non-disruptive food and non-alcoholic beverages in the Adams Shakespearean Theatre. In the Randall L. Jones and Auditorium theatres, only bottled water is permitted.
Tickets may be reprinted at any ticket office with proof of identification. However, please arrive early to facilitate this process.

Actor Seminar: Meet the Festival actors and ask questions about their roles, careers, and experiences. Information is available here.
Curtain Call Luncheons: Presented by the Guild of the Utah Shakespeare Festival, this activity features lunch and question-and-answers with Festival actors and artists. Information is available here.

Dining: The Festival Sweet Shoppe offers refreshments and complete meals that you can enjoy under the huge tree in the Adams Theatre courtyard. Whet your appetite for the plays at one of the restaurants that support us. (See list.)
Take home lasting souvenirs of your Festival experience by picking up cards, books, souvenir programs, jewelry, clothing, and many other items at the Randall Gift and Gallery in the lobby of the Randall L. Jones Theatre or in the Gift Shoppe located near the Adams Shakespearean Theatre.
All Festival theatres are accessible to persons with disabilities and are equipped with hearing-enhancement headsets, available for no charge in the theatre lobbies. ASL-interpreted, audio-described, and captioned performances are scheduled for each production. Check the calendar for dates. Please inform the Ticket Office when you purchase tickets if you need these services. Other accommodations should be requested at least seven working days prior to attendance.
