Shakespeare Competition
This increasingly popular competition allows students to perform, compete, and learn at workshops and seminars.

       

 

 

 

October 4-6, 2007

$200 • Plus $75 for Dance Competition and $75 for technical offerings


The thirtieth annual Shakespeare Competition for high schools and middle schools provides opportunities for students to perform scenes or dances that are adjudicated by theatre and dance professionals and to apply basic performance skills to Shakespeare's literature. Students and coaches may also attend workshops for university credit. The registration deadline is September 22, 2007.

The registration fee is $200; Tech Olympics is an additional $75; and the Dance Competition is an additional $75.
