2026 Fall Food Drive Results

A huge thank you to Utah Shakespeare Festival guests this fall who contributed over 3,000 pounds of food to the Festival’s 22nd Annual Fall Food Drive. Between September 8 through October 3, 2026, residents of Iron, Washington, Kane, Garfield, Piute, and Beaver counties in Utah and Lincoln County in Nevada were encouraged to take part in the drive. They donated six items of nonperishable food to receive a half-price ticket to a Festival production.

This food drive benefits the local food pantry, the Iron County Care and Share, which was founded in 1984 by a group of local churches of different denominations to address the issue of hunger in our community. Working with local partners, neighboring counties, and other state entities, the Iron County Care and Share is able to help homeless and low-income individuals and families work toward self-sufficiency. The Iron County Care and Share is located at 900 North 222 West in Cedar City, Utah. Monetary donations are always accepted. Donate to the organization.
