Child Care

During the play, you can relax knowing your children are enjoying their time in our safe, professional facility.

Child care for children up to the age of ten years old is provided during all plays, but not during other Festival activities. Our professionally-staffed, safe, and state-licensed facility is located at 123 S. 300 West Street, just south of the Randall L. Jones Theatre.

The cost is $15 per child per play. All child care must be reserved and purchased through the Ticket Office at 800-PLAYTIX or online by clicking below:

Take home something to remember your trip to the Utah Shakespeare Festival and southern Utah.

Take home lasting memories of your Festival experience by picking up cards, books, jewelry, clothing, and many other items at the Festival Gift Shop in the Engelstad Shakespeare Theatre or the Randall Gift and Gallery in the Randall L. Jones Theatre.

Engelstad Gift Shop: 11 a.m.–8 p.m., plus during intermissions
Randall Gift Shop: 1 p.m.–5 p.m., 7 p.m.–8 p.m., plus during intermissions (only on days when shows are scheduled in the Randall L. Jones Theatre)

Whether it is a snack before the play, a hot or cold drink at intermission, or extra world-famous tarts to take home with you, the Festival has you covered. Refreshments will be available in Ellen’s Sweet Shoppe on the courtyard, as well as in the Englestad, Randall, and Anes Theatres.

We are committed to making the Festival experience the best we possibly can for all our patrons.

Parking for those with disabilities is available on Shakespeare Lane and other areas noted on the map above. Shakespeare Lane provides the closest access for drop off and ramp entrances for the Randall L. Jones Theatre and the Engelstad Shakespeare Theatre. Center Street/University Boulevard provides the closest drop off and ramp entrance for the Anes Studio Theatre.

All Festival theatres are accessible to persons with disabilities and are equipped with hearing-enhancement headsets, available for no charge in the theatre lobbies.

Audio described and/or captioned services are offered for each production; check the calendar for dates.

Contact the Ticket Office to purchase wheelchair-accessible seating.

Please inform the Ticket Office (800-PLAYTIX) when you purchase tickets if you need these or other services. All accommodations should be requested at least seven working days prior to attendance.
